Happy Birthday!

It is my sister Melissa's birthday, so I just wanted to wish her a happy birthday!

On a side note, one of my favorite sites is the Cheap Outdoors which takes some different web specials from around the net on various outdoor equipment suppliers. They list sites such as Altrec, Sierra Trading Post, Patagonia, REI and various others. I have bought almost all of my gear from one of the sites listed there, and it is a great resource if you like outdoor apparel. For me, I have bought a great pair of Asolo hiking boots, various hiking pants, a great backpack, other shoes, running shoes, snowboarding equipment, and kayaking stuff. I still have not started rock climbing due to various other commitments, but that is still on my list for this summer.

I also found a great app for my i-phone which I will blog about in another blog. . .my i-phone apps and how often I use them.
